How long will it take for my order to be processed?
Orders are processed in the order we receive them, and depending on product availability. A representative of Briers will contact you within 2—5 business days from the placement of your order over the phone to confirm your order and notify you when your product[s] will be shipped.

How can I find out the current status of my order?
Please call us at (604) 730-0379 or contact us through e–mail.

Can I cancel or change my order after it has been placed?
This depends on if we’ve shipped your product yet. Please call us if you would like to cancel your order or make modifications to it.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We currently process payments through Paypal, which accepts most forms of payments including credit cards such as Mastercard and Visa.

How safe is it to order online through
We currently process all of our online orders through either Paypal, the world’s largest online payment processor, or over the phone through one of our sales representatives. In both cases your credit card information will not be stored in any of our information databases. We do collect some personal information strictly for the purposes of order fulfillment, this information is securely stored in a database only accessible by our web administrators. Can I pick up my purchase in store instead of having it shipped to my door?
Yes! Be sure to select the ‘store pickup’ shipping option.

I am looking for a product I found in your store, but I cannot find it on your website
Due to the rate at which we purchase new products on our sales floor, many of the products found in our store are not available online. However, by leveraging online technologies, we can offer you a far greater selection of items online than what we could ever stuff into our store!

Will Briers beat or match the price of a similar product found elsewhere online?
In most instances we will, depending on our contractual agreement with the supplier. Please call us at (604) 730-0379 with the name of the product you are interested in, and we will do what we can!
