Placing an Order

How long will it take for my order to be processed?

Orders are processed in the order we receive them, and depending on product availability. A representative of Briers will contact you within 0—5 business days from the placement of your order over the phone to confirm your order and notify you when your product[s] will be shipped.

How can I find out the current status of my order?

We place tracking on all outgoing orders and will e-mail you the tracking code once your order has shipped. You can track the status of your order once it has been placed here. Please call us at (604) 730-0379 or contact us through e–mail if you have any further questions about your order.

Can I cancel or change my order after it has been placed?

This depends on if we've shipped your product yet. Please call us if you would like to cancel your order or make modifications to it before we ship it out.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We support major credit cards including Master Card, Visa, and American Express. We also support Paypal Express which allows you to pay in many other ways including Debit! If you are squeemish about writing your financial information online, you can call us and we will take your order over the phone as well!

How safe is it to order online through Briers.ca?

We currently process all of our online orders through either Authorize.Net via Chase Paymentech or Paypal, the world's largest online payment processor, or over the phone through one of our sales representatives. In both cases your credit card information will not be stored in any of our information databases. We do collect some personal information strictly for the purposes of order fulfillment, this information is securely stored in a database only accessible by our web administrators. For more details about what information is collected (such as name, address, etc.) please read our privacy policy for more details!

Can I pick up my purchase in store instead of having it shipped to my door?

Yes! Be sure to select the 'store pickup' shipping option.

I am looking for a product I found in your store, but I cannot find it on your website

Due to the rate at which we purchase new products on our sales floor, many of the products found in our store are not available online. However, by leveraging online technologies, we can offer you a far greater selection of items online than what we could ever stuff into our store!

Will Briers beat or match the price of a similar product found elsewhere online?

We will if it is a locally advertised price not being discounted for sale, and depending on our contractual agreement with the supplier (there may be a minimum advertised price that we are obligated to sell at). Please call us at (604) 730-0379 with the name of the product you are interested in, and we will do what we can!
