Return Policy

Here at Briers we try to be as understanding as possible during the buying process. We hope your questions will be answered in our policy below as it relates to on-line orders.

Final Sale Items

Home delivery fees, custom ordered pieces, special orders (when pieces are brought in for you) and "sale" items are non-refundable

Exchanges & Credit Note

7 days from purchase, pick-up or home delivery after inspection that items are in original condition. Store credit is valid for 1 year.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs including taxes and duties are non–refundable. Shipping costs for returning a package to us is not refunded.

Defective Products

Please check your items as soon as you receive them and inspect them for damages from transit. Briers Home Furnishings is not responsible for damages of the product that were incurred while shipping. We do not recommend shipping of glass or extremely fragile items, our orders team will use their discretion and will let you know before shipping if we need to adjust shipping costs or methods before we send the order. If you have received a damaged product, or a product with missing parts not related to shipping, please contact us. We will require photos of the damages to assess the product in order to properly take care of the issue.
