Full refunds can be made up to 7 days from the receipt of product in its original condition, with packing slip, original tender, and the original tags attached (if applicable.) Refunds can either be made by bringing the product to our store, or online by calling us at (604) 730-0379 then shipping the product back to us. You are responsible for freight fees returning the product[s] to Briers.
Exchanges can be made up to 14 days after receipt of product. The product[s] returned must be in the condition they were received in, and in the original box and/or packaging with packing slip. Exchanges can either be made in store, or online. For online exchanges, please call us at (604) 730-0379 before returning your product, and we will issue you an online credit equal to the cost of goods returned less a 20% online restocking fee once we have received the product.
Shipping costs including taxes and duties are non–refundable. Shipping costs for returning a package to us is not refunded.
Final Sale Items
Final Sale items that cannot be returned or exchanged include: Earrings, wrapping paper, gift bags, cards, books, sale merchandise, lay-away items, consumable items, gift certificates, delivery, shipping, and setup fees, and custom order pieces such as sectionals, sofas, loveseats, sofa beds, and chairs that have customizable features and any other product that is explicitly marked as a final sale item.
Please check your items as soon as you receive them and inspect them for damages from transit. Briers is not responsible for product damages incurred while shipping. If you have received a damaged product, or a product with missing parts not related to shipping, please contact us. We will require photos of the damages and will then be able to exchange your item for free.
