Shipping Information

We currently cannot provide free shipping for furniture and home d├ęcor pieces. However if you wish to pick up your items at our Vancouver warehouse no fees will be charged. If you are concerned about shipping costs of furniture, please contact us Briers will choose the best courier service to send the order based on your location and order selection. We will typically opt for standard ground or air delivery.

Standard Shipping Rates

By using our shopping cart tool at time of checkout your item and location (within North America) will be assessed to provide estimated shipping costs which will we honour for your order. If you feel that the estimated shipping rates for your chosen item are not correct, please contact us with details about the items you are trying to order .

How We Ship Orders

Here at briers we want to make your shopping experience as pleasant and easy as possible. We have updated our on-line orders process to go through the following :

After receipt of order and payment confirmation our order representative will check product availability on the off chance of sold out or in production items. Furniture and some special order merchandise may need longer to ship, and you will be notified of the expected delivery time before we send the product out. Once these are determined an update email will be sent explaining the details of the order including and are not limited to order status, approximate arrival date and product availability or reselection options.

The courier we use depends on your location and the products ordered. We have our own delivery team for furniture deliveries within Vancouver. Furniture ordered outside the city will be shipped via courier.

Please note that we cannot ship furniture and other exorbitantly massive objects to PO boxes.

You will receive a tracking number through email once we have shipped out your order.

Where Can I Find the Status of my Order/Shipment?

Once a product has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail update status immediately, which will have your tracking number listed in the order notes. If we haven't provided you with a tracking number, please call us at (604) 730-0379.
