Refund Policy

Store/Online Credit:

• In Store or Online Credit offered up to 7 days after in-store/online purchase, order pick up or home delivery. (Excluding custom or special orders).
• Items will be inspected by staff and must be received in their original condition with packing slip & packaging original tags attached.
• Store and Online Credit are valid for 1 year.
• Credit Notes cannot be used in store and store credits cannot be used online.

In Store Final Sale Items:

The following are final sale and cannot be refunded/credited. 

• Home Delivery, Service and Assembly/Installation Fees
• Gift cards and pre-paid cards
• Custom/Special ordered pieces (items brought in especially for you)
• Items marked on sale or discounted
